Hello,
Fatty liver is a condition in which fat deposits in the liver tissue. It is a serious condition and in some cases can lead to cirrhosis of the liver. You need to get your weight to a normal range if it is not and keep your cholesterol in a low end controlled range. Exercise is very important and taking medications as needed to control cholesterol. See your doctor and a nutritionist for assistance to reverse this process before it does irreversible damage.
